Hi! I’m Travis.
Role
I am an Operations Lead at New Holland and I have been with AMS since March 2022. My job entails doing assembly work for our clients such as labeling jobs or building kits and shipping out orders in the most efficient way possible. I am most proud of becoming the leader I am. I love that I can help in almost any department and boost the RPH anywhere I go. I’ve grown so much while working for AMS. I’ve become so much more knowledgeable and efficient. I truly enjoy working with every client we have here!
Challenges
I think the biggest challenge I’ve at faced at AMS was dealing with the stress of responsibility in first becoming a leader. I didn’t want things to be my fault when things went wrong (lol). I’ve overcome this by simply changing my mindset. I do not stress when things go wrong anymore. I problem solve and make sure they don’t happen again. Mistakes can be opportunities to grow!
Motivation
When I am at work, I motivate myself by knowing I’m always helping someone with the work I do. I want to finish a job so I can help complete the next one, keeping RPH as a driving factor. I’ve seen this company grow, in the short amount of time that I’ve been here, and I want to be a part of its continuing success.
I have many inspirations at AMS! I think every person has so much to offer! But I will say that it is our leadership who truly make me reach further every day! Jade B., Dallas U., Luke B. , Gail N., Scott B. and especially Dave N. who have all driven me into the proud leader I am- more than they know! I appreciate them and aspire to have their talents!
The best advice I can give to someone at AMS would be to always do the best you can and try to enjoy doing it along the way! Take pride in your work!

Regrettable Fashion Trend
I do not regret any fashion sense I’ve had as it was a part of my story. But I will say that I had an interesting one! Believe it or not, I was very goth when I was in my teens! Lol.
