Executive Vice President Client Engagement
With over thirty years at the AMS East division, Kimberly has developed deep roots in the fulfillment industry. Her tenure spans various operational and executive roles, culminating in her becoming an owner/investor in the East division in 2009.
Kimberly’s robust project management approach emphasizes process efficiencies and encourages well-rounded best practices while demonstrating a strong commitment to client needs and industry values. This mindset developed from extensive work experience spanning her East career in the areas of quality control, vendor compliance, project management and integration, and general manager of the Pennsylvania facility.
Throughout her tenure, Kimberly played a crucial role in leading essential integration processes for several corporate acquisitions, which significantly contributed to the growth of the AMS East division. Moreover, she guided the East division to achieve GMP certification in 2019 while formulating numerous standard operating procedures that complied with FDA regulations.
In her role as Executive Vice President of Client Engagement, Kimberly now oversees the entire bicoastal Client Services structure. She is responsible for managing and establishing the direction of AMS client relationships and ensuring outstanding care and support for the AMS Client Services team.
Outside of her professional life, Kimberly is married with two children and enjoys exploring new travel destinations, hiking, and immersing herself in outdoor activities.
