I nominate Ignacio for October EOM. In four months Ignacio has greatly improved the HQ receiving department. His energy, positive approach, and willingness to lead by example have greatly motivated his team and built a true camaraderie amongst them. Receiving times continue to improve, and he continues to learn the many nuances of all our clients. He has improved the organization of the department, as well as identified areas that could be improved upon and implemented them. He is quick to share ideas and holds himself personally accountable as he grows in his role. Nacho is a great addition to the AMS Team.

He is constantly working and is willing to always help if needed. Alex goes beyond the extra mile to complete any request and it’s extremely friendly and has a smile all the time.
