In the fulfillment industry employees are much more than human resources. They directly serve the company’s clients, making their efforts vital to the growth and success of the business.
AMS Fulfillment is a large company with a number of facilities and several hundred employees. Even though we are large, AMS has nurtured a corporate family culture from the beginning and to this day. We value a close environment that takes note of and cares about the people who work here, their wellbeing, and their job satisfaction.
Each month the supervisors within AMS’ Valencia CA facilities nominate an employee who has provided outstanding service to the clients. The nominations and supervisor comments demonstrate that the individual being recognized has gone above and beyond, and deserves Special Thanks!

Betty-Lou W., EVP Client Services (April 2004)

Betty Lou works tirelessly on behalf of AMS, and is fiercely loyal to our company, our clients and our employees, always promoting the values and culture that AMS stands for. She manages the entire client services division, oversees HR and is the liaison between departments when necessary. There is nothing Betty-Lou won’t help with. Most recently she took on the role of Project Manager for the launch of the East Coast facility, working with all departments including Sales, OPS, IT and Finance, which requires serious dedication and attention to the smallest detail! At the same time, she oversees the community projects we participate in, such as donations to various groups like Bridge to Home, Single Mother’s Outreach and of course the holiday family meals and gifts that are done each holiday season. While demanding excellence and honesty, and being tough when she needs to be, Betty Lou teaches, mentors, is compassionate, and when needed, she is a friend and confidant. THANK YOU, Betty Lou for your unwavering loyalty, dedication and all you do for AMS!

Linda comes to work every day willing to do her best in every area. She rarely misses work and is always will to work overtime when needed. She is precise with her work and always asks questions when she is unsure of something. Linda is outstanding when it comes to being focused and doesn’t let distractions affect what she is doing.
