Whenever you hear the phrase “Team Player” Teresa comes to mind. This peak season, her impact was felt in virtually every department at HQ. Teresa is always willing to step in and help with a positive attitude. She is dependable and reliable. If you need her to come in earlier than her regular schedule she will and would stay later if needed. She represents and embodies the AMS culture, when approached to be the B-Corp representative she gladly accepted the task and did an amazing job managing all holiday events at HQ. Her vast knowledge in operations helps CS work smoothly with our Ops team. Jenn has been with AMS/Echo for 21 years. Not only is she willing to assist in her home office, but she will also assist in other facilities as well. She is always willing to help others. She is always positive. She is a complete pleasure to work with and makes coming to work enjoyable.

For December Employee of the Month we are nominating Kenneth. He has been with us since the middle of November and has been such an asset to our team. First, he is always working and keeping busy – you will not ever see this man standing around. If he isn’t sure about something he will ask and find out. He is also very positive, and his positive attitude rubs off on the entire team. Every day he starts the day off with a “good morning” to the people he runs into. That kind of spirit is contagious.
