Hi! My name is Veronica, and people usually call me Vero.
I have been with AMS since August 2018, and my position title is Procurement Specialist.
My favorite part about my job is interacting with people. I’ve been fortunate to have great role models who have impacted my career. Those people were poised, organized, resourceful, approachable and were great listeners; all of which are characteristics I strive to possess.
When I am not at work, I like to attend mass with my family. I enjoy going to Dodger games and LAFC soccer matches. I love going to concerts, dancing, traveling, gardening, working out and hiking.
If I can give advice to AMS employees, it would be to show up with a positive attitude and ready to do your best and be proud of the work you accomplish every day. Start your day being grateful, all we have is today and we must make it count.
