Hi! My name is Emma.
I have been with AMS since October 2021. I started through a temp agency as Human Resources Administrator, and recently I was hired on full time as Human Resources Business Partner.
My favorite part about my job is interacting with people, watching everyone progress and work their way up. I also love it when people come to me with their problems, and I am able to comfort and help them. It is incredibly rewarding.
I honestly think it would not be fair to give credit to a single person only who had an impact on my career. I learned so much being here at AMS. We have an excellent and diverse team in the workplace. Feedback flew freely in all directions, which helped me to identify areas for improvement in my work, and to become much better in what I do. The entire experience, the great team we have, impacted me in this way.
When I am not at work, I am a youth leader. I am normally planning and executing variety of activities that aim to positively impact the lives of young people.
If I can give advice to AMS employees, it would be to get out of your comfort zone. Getting ready for your next role requires you to step out of your comfort zone, that’s what makes us better and more knowledgeable.
