Hi! I’m Maria.
Role: I am a Janitor 1 at WIT and have been with AMS since March 2018. My job entails maintaining an optimal level of cleanliness in the workplace.
Challenges: One challenge I faced when I first started is some of the restrooms needed more attention than others. I had to try different product until I found the ones that worked best.
Accomplishments: I am proud to have been Employee of the Month. I have taken initiative to find new methods to maintain cleanliness in the workplace.
Motivation: At work, I am motive myself by being surrounded with great people. My coworkers always motivate me and everyone else. I strive to become a better person every day.
Most People Don’t Know: I love plants and flowers. I have a variety of different plants throughout my house. I take pride in growing them.
