Hi! My name is Mike.
I have been with AMS since August 2019; started as Assistant Operations Manager and grew to Operations Manager II. My favorite part about my job is solving problems on the floor and watching people grow within the company.
I feel what makes a good mentor/leader is someone who invests their time in both process and people. I’ve been fortunate to have good mentors along the way.
When I am not at work, I like to go to my son’s basketball games.
If I can give advice to AMS employees, it would be don’t be afraid of new opportunities. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
