Hi! My name is Eric.
I have been with AMS since September 2003. My favorite part about my job is working with great people and seeing everyone safe and smiling.
The people who had an impact on my career have demonstrated strong leadership, compassion, problem solving, always thinking to the future, has a well thought out plan for everything, and takes input from and listens to everyone.
When I am not at work I like to spend time on my ranch with my family and animals; four horses, six goats, and five large dogs. It’s a lot of work but I love it.
If I can give advice to AMS employees, it would be to take all the opportunity AMS offers, and to learn as much as possible about the whole industry.
