Valencia CA – AMS Fulfillment is pleased to announce that Daniel Butera has been appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer. This position is key to our strategic growth plan and to improving overall operational effectiveness as AMS builds a national presence in fulfillment. In his role, he reports directly to the CEO, Jay Catlin.
Daniel comes to AMS from the east coast with 20+ years of management and leadership in fulfillment/distribution/retail companies. Daniel gained tremendous related experience as Sr. VP of Operations with Capacity LLC, a fulfillment company that is similar in many ways to AMS. Daniel led Capacity operations by overseeing over 150 clients in six locations.
Prior to that, he was Vice President of Logistics and Operations for Fab.com, an e-commerce distribution and supply chain organization. At Fab, Daniel ensured logistics and production were implemented in a cost effective and time sensitive manner. He has also led operations and logistics for various high-end retail operations, including Ralph Lauren, Fendi and Swatch.
