AMS Operating Facilities for fulfillment services are located in the Santa Clarita Valley of Southern California… and from a strategic fulfillment services standpoint; we believe the facilities and location cannot be beat! On the facilities side, AMS operates in approximately 140,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space with 35 ft. clear ceilings. The business park we reside in is new, clean, within 1 mile of a major USPS hub, near the port of Los Angeles/Long Beach, and the community we operate within is one of the safest in the state. The key benefit of our facilities situation is our ability to accommodate growth and scale to fit our company's (meaning our clients') business volume. Availability is strong and the price is competitive relative to the overall Los Angeles market.

One may not correlate Labor with Operating Facilities, but at AMS, we understand that it is labor (not rent) that accounts for the vast majority of operating cost in the Fulfillment Services business. Our location is ideal for all levels of labor, including the important people that make up our cost of goods (COG) labor (mostly warehouse labor), which is readily available, lower in cost than many areas of the country and exceptional in terms of their performance.
