Hi! I’m Magdalena.
Role: I am an Operations Associate II at WIL, and I have been with AMS since June 2021. My job entails making sure our client has enough boxes and dividers made.
Challenges: One challenge I faced when I first started is discovering my own mistakes, and I overcame this challenge by encouraging and disciplining myself.
Accomplishments: I am proud to be able to help in every operations department. I have grown to be very efficient.
Motivation: At work, I am motive myself by bettering myself every day. My biggest inspiration is my Leadership Team.
