Hi! My name is Eric.
I am an Operations Associate I at our New Holland PA facility, and I started with AMS in August 2021. My job entails receiving products into the various systems we have at AMS and unloading the trucks as well.
I motivate myself at work by just trying to do better than the previous day. Some of the challenges I have faced were learning the different systems such as WAMS and warehouse services. The successes I am proud of is being given a chance to join the receiving team.
My biggest inspirations are honestly everyone here as all bring their unique skills. My advice for someone who just started their career at AMS is to just do the best you can.
