Hi! My name is Alicia.
I have been with AMS for 249 months. My job title is Receiving Supervisor at our WIL facility.
My favorite part of my job is passing on my knowledge and experiences to the Team, proudly watching how the team applies, modifies, or adapts to what I pass them.
When I’m not at work, I like to spend time with my loved and fur-ones, connect with nature, and watch movies or documentaries about renown FBI cases. I am also interested in everything that has to do with research and logistics. I love to play chess or puzzle games.
If I can give the AMS Team a piece of advice, it is to recognize that achievements are not the product of chance, but rather the result of work, effort, and perseverance. Please do not reject change, embrace it, and always, show yourself with your actions, not with your words.

Mi parte favorita de mi trabajo es transmitir mis conocimientos y experiencias al Equipo, viendo con orgullo cómo el equipo aplica, modifica o adapta lo que les transmito.
Cuando no estoy en el trabajo, me gusta pasar tiempo con mis seres queridos y mis seres queridos, conectarme con la naturaleza y ver películas o documentales sobre casos famosos del FBI. También me interesa todo lo que tenga que ver con investigación y logística. Me encanta jugar ajedrez o juegos de rompecabezas.
Si puedo darle un consejo al Equipo AMS es que reconozcan que los logros no son producto de la casualidad, sino el resultado del trabajo, el esfuerzo y la constancia. Por favor, no rechaces el cambio, abrázalo y muéstrate siempre con tus acciones, no con tus palabras.
