Hi! My name is Marlen.
I am an Operations Lead at our WIL facility, and I have been with AMS since August 2016. My favorite part about my job is completing the goals of the day (Orders).
The characteristics of people who most impact my career are honest, respectful, comprehensive, hardworking, and lead by example.
When I am not at work, my focus is my Family, and I am always looking for some personal growth.
If I can give advice to AMS employees, it would be to always give your best, each person has a lot to give. Complete the job very efficiently, and in all things- NEVER STOP.
