Our Full Service Fulfillment offers premier Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) administrative support for clients who wish to completely focus on product development, sales and marketing while minimizing the need to hire a Back Office staff to administer their business.
Our Full Service Model is designed to manage all administrative functions for our clients along with warehousing and fulfillment, allowing businesses to develop and oversee a large company in a more virtual or streamlined office environment. As a key part of our Full Service Model, AMS offers BPO services for businesses that choose to outsource specific business processes or their entire Back Office operations. And we are extremely proactive in our approach to client support as we work to understand and meet our clients’ business objectives.
Our BPO Team: Our BPO account management team works in collaboration with the business owner, sharing our thoughts on best practices, innovating unique solutions, improving efficiency, tackling challenges as they arise, discovering challenges before they arise, and focusing on Continuous Improvements (CIs) as we go about managing business process outsourcing services.
AMS’ experienced and proactive BPO staff manages key administrative activities, including building customer profiles and prioritizing accounts, order entry, accounting services, financial reporting, operational reporting (e.g. ATS-available to sell reports), factor management, inbound customer service, operating systems, operations support, EDI management and order routing, e-commerce development, all methods of payment processing, sales rep support and commission payments, inventory allocation management and other related Back Office functions.
Operating Systems: Our clients have access to leading web-based order management technology that can serve as an e-commerce shopping cart, or a robust B-2-B order management tool with user based privileges, address book functions, specific ordering rules and restrictions, approvals, budgets, payment processing and more.
Order Entry and Customer Service: In addition to providing the actual business-to-business order management and e-commerce shopping cart software solutions, our in-house staff works your Front Office as well, dealing directly with boutique consumers, retail buyers, end consumers, distributors and sales representatives, providing high level customer service over the phone and by email.
Accounting: AMS Back Office provides in-house accounting systems and trained personnel who manage the basic financial aspects of your business. Functions include set-up within AMS’ multi-client accounting system, establishment of banking relationship, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, statements, collections, factor management and financial reporting.
