Olivia joined the AMS Family in December 2016, serving initially as a part of the Human Resources department as an in-house Therapist for our associates. Not soon after her arrival, numerous departments vied for Olivia’s talents, including Sales (where Olivia plays the closer role when on-site tours take place) as well as our Safety Team that routinely walks the floors of all operating buildings, ensuring that AMS remains exemplary with its employee safety record. After a spirited but always professional series of inter-departmental debates, Olivia now officially serves as Chief Therapy Dog and Sales Specialist, reporting directly to the President of AMS West (Betty-Lou Wiseman). In speaking about her experience in working at AMS, Olivia said, “I feel loved and appreciated at work, especially when I get treats from Steven. Marco is a little bossy at times and I don’t even report to him, but he does have a good sense for when I need to drop a deuce outside, or just go number one. Overall, I absolutely love the Team at AMS, and I know for sure that they whole-heartedly adore me, because I’m bright, beautiful and smell delicious, unlike other dogs that don’t believe in proper hygiene.”
When away from the workplace, Olivia enjoys long hikes with her non-biological father (Ken Wiseman, Chief Workforce Development Officer) and spa days with her trusted local groomer in Valencia California.
